The AsyncAPI – Phase II Catalyst is a part of the Catalyst program by TM Forum, a global effort to foster innovation and collaboration within the telecommunications sector. Alvatross actively participated in this initiative, showcasing its components operating synchronously and asynchronously within a unified architecture.
In the Proof of Concept (POC) developed for this Catalyst, alvatross’ components worked to leverage the established asynchronous API definitions. This successful coexistence highlights the versatility and adaptability of ODA within a unified architecture, addressing bottlenecks and performance challenges associated with integrating third-party applications.
Our involvement in the AsyncAPI Catalyst is exemplified through the utilization of our components, especially those related to TMF Use Case 8. These components expose appropriate APIs to the Async Gateway, demonstrating the benefits of adhering to industry standards and seamlessly integrating them into an Async Gateway.
