Our digital platform alignes with the latest practices of TM Forum and the Open Digital Architecture (ODA). We work with national and international Telecommunications Service Providers to help them become more competitive in their market by cutting their Time-to-Market thanks to the use of modern technologies.

Please note that we will only consider candidates who can fluently communicate in Spanish and reside within the same hour (+/-2) time zone of Spain. This requirement is essential for effective communication and collaboration within our team.
Skills:
- Working to understand the environment and requirements of our partners and clients, identifying opportunities and challenges, and effectively communicating them to the Product team.
- Collaborating in understanding the architecture and technical needs of clients and preparing proposals based on our software platform to meet those needs.
- Assuming responsibility for driving the necessary internal collaborative process to define and write a complete solution for client requirements.
- Providing continuity to the business development area by preparing the necessary materials and responses to complete technical proposals that complement the commercial offers.
- Supporting client presentations, including facilitating product demonstrations as well as configuring and maintaining demonstration environments.
- Assisting in creating training materials and standard offerings to be used in business activities and bid responses.
- Assisting in creating and keeping product documentation updated that presents the functionalities and technological advantages of our software platform.
- Collaborating in the definition and management of the backlog related to developments and configurations of the tool for demos, workshops, and proof of concepts. Previous experience as a product owner or technical lead will be valued for this task.
Requirements:
- Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position.
- Knowledge of the underlying technologies in telecommunications services.
- Understanding of service provisioning processes.
- Knowledge and previous experience in other B/OSS vendor solutions.
